This service fosters a collaborative, responsive, and reflective relationship between coach and teacher anchored in mutual trust.

what

It seeks to activate the teacher’s sense of ownership and acts as a catalyst for effective transformation, with an eye towards supporting educators committed to supporting historically marginalized students in K-12 schooling systems.

I was surprised by how well students connected with the artist, even though we were not able to meet in person; students' reflections on and pride in the artwork they created.
