Focuses on expanding the knowledge base by documenting practices, showcasing the impact of work, establishing connections with existing literature and initiatives, and providing insights for policy and practical implications. It aims to empower teachers to enhance ideas and methodologies and also fosters connections and shared learning with similar projects and initiatives.

Our international impact in incubation:

  • Completed ten (10) educational research projects

  • Coached 5 classroom teachers of Arabic,  Chinese, Hmong and Spanish

  • Coached over 200 community educators and K-12 teachers

  • Hosted 4 community exhibits and job fairs

  • Engaged over 500 students in K-12 and higher education 

  • Created over 40 scholarship
